"Tom cares deeply about people and his craft - He has a unique ability to straddle both technical and artistic skills in a unique way. In the 9 years we've worked together he's always been liked, dependable and produced results."
"It is going to be hard to put into words how amazing our first day in London was with Tom. My father is 77 and he was overwhelmed with his first day and how excited he was with what Tom showed us. I was overwhelmed with the enjoyment of the day with Tom, but in particular the care and incredible kindness Tom showed to my father. Tom is so professional and his knowledge, ability to answer questions is outstanding, but at the same time the way Tom personalised the day far exceeded our expectations. I cannot recommend enough spending your time in London with Tom.
"Tom is very personable and creates an experience that is both fun and informative. He is a wonderful host and guide. We loved our tour and appreciated all the pictures he took for us and the fabulous recommendations he made for the rest of our London vacation."
