You can book your tour or experience by clicking the “Book Now” button choosing what you would like to do and entering the Gift Card code provided with your purchase.

You can use your Gift Card any time up to 18 months after purchase.
As with all of our tours and experiences, these are subject to availability. We operate year round and typically deliver our services Monday to Sunday between 8am to 8pm. We recommend that holders of Gift Cards look to book their tour or experience as far in advance as possible, though we can also accept bookings at short notice and in some cases where availability allows on the same day by direct request.
In the event that your preferred travel dates are already taken, then we recommend that you should reach out to us directly at info@thelondonstoryteller.com and at where possible we will endeavour to make a convenient arrangement in terms of offering you a tour.
Yes, Gift Cards can be used by whoever you would like to share them with.
Gift Cards are non-refundable.
Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
Our Standard Terms & Conditions apply in the event that you need to cancel or request to reschedule a tour that has been booked using a Gift Card.
